Germany is the operational base. Depending on the project, work may cover industry and logistics, retail and store fit-out, or commercial real estate, with project-based assignments elsewhere in Europe.

Technical qualifications
Relevant electrical or technical training and sound practical experience provide the foundation.
Care and reliability
Agreed work, dates, safety rules and open items must be handled in a traceable manner.
Teamwork
Coordination with project management, in-house teams and other project participants is part of the role.
Languages and communication
German-speaking contacts support project communication. For each assignment, technical requirements, questions and safety information must be understood and coordinated reliably.
Working practices and documentation
Drawing revisions, labels, inspections and feedback from execution are documented for the project. Changes or uncertainties are raised with the responsible project manager at an early stage.
