Quality requirements
Technical qualifications, suitable company organisation and delivery in line with planning, project requirements and applicable rules are required. Evidence is reviewed for each project.
Project organisation
Scope boundaries, responsibilities, dates, interfaces and escalation routes are defined before work starts. Partner admission does not guarantee assignments, minimum volumes or continuous utilisation.
Communication and languages
Named contacts and reliable communication are essential. Project languages must support safe technical coordination with project management, site teams and other participants.
Documentation
Execution status, inspections, labelling, changes and as-built information must be supplied in the agreed format and by the agreed date.
Occupational safety and insurance
Partners must follow project-specific safety requirements and be able to provide the necessary insurance evidence. Detailed requirements are defined only during the relevant review and contracting process.
References
Relevant references in the applicable technical discipline may form part of a later review. Customer or project data may only be supplied with the necessary authorisation.
Capacity and operating regions
Current capacity, team-size range and possible operating regions are reviewed for each project. This does not constitute a commitment to an assignment or particular contract terms.
Admission process
Once a secure contact route is approved, the intended process will include structured initial details, review of technical and company information, alignment on potential project areas and, where appropriate, project-specific contracting.
