Operations, Refurbishment & Specialist Infrastructure
Existing systems change with use, technology and space. ELSTU plans and delivers maintenance, refurbishment and specialist infrastructure within the agreed scope.
Scope of work
Existing-building projects begin with technical survey, controlled interventions and coordination with ongoing operations. Retail scopes are aligned with the store concept, interfaces and rollout requirements.
Services
Refurbishment and upgrades
Routes, connections, distribution, data and security systems are extended or changed.
Retail and store-fit-out infrastructure
Power supply, data infrastructure, security, CCTV, access control and technical connection points for stores and rollouts.
Planning contribution
Existing conditions, operating hours, access, required shutdowns and interfaces are clarified before execution. Agreed standards can be prepared for recurring sites.
Execution in existing buildings
Installation and refurbishment are coordinated with the operator and project team. The aim is a controlled intervention, not an unsupported promise of uninterrupted operation.
Interfaces and coordination
ELSTU coordinates its own scope with store fit-out, facility management, system vendors and other trades. Responsibilities and technical handover points are named before work starts.
Inspection and documentation
Existing-system review
Changes are checked against the existing installation and available information.
Functional checks
Changed or added areas are checked within the agreed scope.
Record updates
As-built information and records are updated for the changed installation.
